All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance (working days). Failing this, you will be charged the full amount of the consultation.

For all bookings taken within 24 hours and not presented, the total amount of the consultation is due.

We inform you that any delay will not generate additional time to the duration of the consultation.

In Switzerland, osteopathy is covered by supplementary health insurance.

As such, it does not depend on compulsory basic insurance (LAMAL), and each supplementary insurance company sets its own reimbursement conditions.

It is therefore advisable to check with your insurance company before starting any osteopathic treatment, to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

As therapists accredited by the RME (Register of Empirical Medicine) and the ASCA (Swiss Foundation for Complementary Medicine), most existing complementary insurance companies recognize us in their registers.

Boris Hueber is the only member of the team to have passed his CDS (Swiss Conference of Cantonal Health Directors) exam , and is therefore registered with the Swiss Red Cross and recognized by Visana and Supra insurance.
