My path to manual therapy was built on my own experience. Very early on, I was confronted with the experience of the body as a space of regulation: sensory, psychic and nervous. This intimate understanding of the link between physical tension, emotional experience and inner state naturally steered me towards a profession at the service of people.
What began as a personal experience has become a quality of listening, feeling and balance that I have chosen to put at the heart of my practice.
I attach great importance to the therapeutic relationship. Each person arrives with his or her own story, rhythm and particularities. My role is to define your needs precisely and to accompany you with presence, respect and accuracy.
My work is based on classical massage for therapeutic purposes, with a particular focus on regulating the nervous system. The body only really relaxes when it feels safe. It is in this state of recovery that natural regeneration mechanisms can be activated.
Whether in a sporting context, in the face of acute or chronic pain, or in stress-related tension, my approach aims to help you get to know yourself better. Each person has their own path to balance; my role is to accompany this process.
No miracle promises. No instant solutions. It’s your space, your session, your moment. I take care to create a safe environment that allows genuine relaxation and conscious exploration of the body.
Qualified in classical massage and foot reflexology, I also integrate other manual and articular techniques adapted to each person’s specific needs. Each intervention is personalized and coherent.
At Swiss Osteo Lausanne, I work alongside osteopathy and functional medicine to offer comprehensive, coordinated care aligned with a shared vision of health.
